The main challenge was to create intimate, warm spaces within the expansive open floor plan while maintaining the dramatic sense of scale that makes penthouse living so desirable.

We employed a sophisticated palette of natural materials—warm woods, textured stone, and brushed metals—to create distinct zones within the open layout. Custom millwork and strategically placed furniture groupings define spaces without interrupting sightlines or natural light flow.
